- ● flexural strength of teeth - 800 - 1000 MPa (after CTT – 1800 - 2000 MPa);

Type and characteristic of product: Fine-grained toothed wheels and machine parts operating in conditions of increased wear and high contact loads, including: fine-grained cylindrical toothed wheels; gears of starter; gears of oil pump;
- ● degree of accuracy - 7;
- ● tolerance for length disturbance of general normal - 0,02 mm;
- ● surface roughness, Ra - 1,25 - 2,5 mkm;
Production technology: pressing – low temperature sintering – cold second compaction – high temperature sintering – chemical thermal treatment (CTT).
An output mastery of developed products: In accordance with the developed technology there were produced pilot batches which were completely tested. Structural components can be produced at the pilot plant of O.V. Roman Powder Metallurgy Institute.
Novelty: The patent is in force in CIS countries.
