- Porosity – 15 - 20 %;
- Oil absorption – 1,8 % minimum;
- Compression strength – 180 MPa minimum.
Main characteristics of the products: Antifriction powder guide bushings of a brake linkage of railway vehicles meet the operational requirements in accordance with GOST 26802-86. All standard sizes are produced according to GOST 24. 151.07.-77.
An output mastery of developed products: An output of the production is mastered at the pilot plant of O.V. Roman Powder Metallurgy Institute, yield is 300 000 pieces per year.
