Composite composition containing zinc («cold zinc-plating») |
|
Composition of the material: Compositions containing zinc or aluminum are designed for surface corrosion protection. They consist of: superfine zinc (aluminum) powder, polymer or organic silicon compound, aromatic dissolvents and additives of auxiliary materials. The coating ensures an effective corrosion protection, prevents underfilm corrosion under the influence of aggressive medium, as well as it is a good alternative to hot-dip galvanizing. The coating with a high content of zinc/aluminum (90 - 97%) in a dry film is formed on a metal surface. The coating is anodic to steel and ensures its effective protection in a similar manner as zinc metallic coatings do. Main characteristics: |
