Composition of the coating material: Oxide ceramics on the base of thermo-dynamic stable oxides of valve metals with spinel compound additives.

Main characteristics of the material:

Coating material – oxide ceramics;

Resistance to insulation at a voltage of 1 kV – 1 МОhm minimum;

Thickness of coating – 1 300 µm;

Roughness of coating is regulated;

Adhesion – 100 %;

Porosity is regulated;

Hardness – 66-90 НRC;

Colour gamma – white, light and dark gray, black, light and dark brown;

Wear resistance – 5-10 times as compared with 45 steel.

Field of technology application: Machine-building, chemical and food industry, medicine and others.

Field of the oxide-ceramic coatings use: thermal protection, protection against high-temperature, salt and other types of corrosion, abrasion protection, dielectric protection, decorative coatings.

Types and characteristics of the products: The pistons for high-forced internal combustion engines with a heat-resistant oxide-ceramic coating are characterized by a stability to thermo-cycling loading increased 2.5 times; accessories of anti-block systems for heavy-weighted vehicles with a corrosion-resistant oxide-ceramic coating have an increased resistance to climatic effects and salt corrosion; aluminum screens with a protective dielectric coating protect the diodes in TV receivers; wear resistance of aluminum rollers with oxide-ceramic coating is 2 times as much.

Novelty: The patent is in force in CIS countries.
